OUR FOUNDER
QUINCY EWUDZI-ACQUAH
Quincy founded In Scope Consulting after recognizing a gap on both sides of the early-talent market: HBCU students often lacked access to the networks, industry knowledge, and guidance needed to navigate competitive career opportunities, while employers needed more direct access to developed, career-ready talent. Drawing from his background in finance, mentorship, and student leadership, he leads ISC’s vision, workforce development strategy, curriculum, employer relationships, partnerships, and student development.
Through ISC, Quincy has helped launch programs, develop and place fellows, establish industry partnerships, and expand opportunities for students to gain meaningful exposure before entering the workforce. His vision is to create a talent model where students can demonstrate their capabilities through applied experience, mentorship, and skill development, giving employers a deeper view of talent beyond how well someone performs in a traditional interview.

PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
ZHANIA FRAZIER
Zhania Frazier leads brand positioning and external engagement strategy for In Scope Consulting, helping translate ISC's mission into credible, structured partnerships with companies and community organizations. She advises on how partnerships are positioned and structured, prepares ISC for external engagements, and provides high-level operational direction as the organization grows.
Drawing on experience across infrastructure investing, R&D and strategy, operational improvement, and AI-enabled workflows, Zhania brings a systems-oriented perspective to business development. She has helped shape the evolution of the fellowship model, strengthen ISC's professional positioning, introduce more efficient approaches to planning and operations, and develop strategies for expanding partnerships and revenue opportunities.
Working alongside the founder, Zhania helps move relationships from opportunity to execution by structuring engagement strategies, supporting technical and strategic conversations, and helping close partnerships. Her focus is positioning ISC as a meaningful force for change in both the student experience and the way companies engage emerging talent.

SALO-PHENA ONWONG'A
Salo-Phena Onwong'a leads the internal operations that keep the ISC Fellowship moving from strategy to execution.
